Online therapy for adultsInside therapy sessions
Sessions can begin with the moment that brought you here: a panic spike, a hard conversation, a child's meltdown, a trauma trigger, grief that interrupts the day, or the pressure of carrying family expectations.
Together, you can map what happens before and after difficult moments, notice body cues, try grounding or communication strategies, involve caregivers or partners when appropriate, and consider EMDR or trauma-informed work only when preparation and safety are in place.
Online therapy from your own room
Online therapy can support reflection, coping skills, nervous-system awareness, trauma-informed processing, caregiver consultation, and practical next steps from the privacy of your own space.
For children and younger clients, online care may include caregiver involvement, child-friendly conversation, creative activities, regulation tools, and strategies that can be used at home between sessions.
How getting started works
Share a little about what you are looking for and which service feels closest to your needs.
Use the consultation to ask questions, discuss goals, and consider whether online care is appropriate.
If you choose to begin, early sessions focus on the concern you named first, a pace that feels manageable, and supports you or your family can use between sessions.
