Understanding
Together, we can identify triggers, emotions, pressures, body responses, and patterns that feel hard to explain.
Online teen therapy
If school pressure, mood changes, family conflict, grief, trauma, or self-doubt are affecting your sleep, concentration, relationships, or motivation, we can talk about what has been happening in a private online space.
Some teens talk openly about what is wrong. Others withdraw, become irritable, avoid school, lose motivation, struggle with sleep, feel overwhelmed by friendships, or carry worries they do not want to put on their parents.
In therapy, we can slow things down, put words to emotions, practise coping strategies, explore identity, strengthen communication, and process difficult experiences when appropriate.
Sessions may be held in English, Tamil, or both when useful. Learn about language and cultural context.
Together, we can identify triggers, emotions, pressures, body responses, and patterns that feel hard to explain.
We can practise grounding, regulation, communication, problem-solving, and self-compassion in concrete ways.
When family stress or conflict is part of what is happening, we can work on healthier communication with caregivers.
In a consultation, we can discuss your teen's needs, whether video sessions are appropriate, and how caregiver involvement would be handled.
